Written over a three-year timeline, following a lifetime of culinary adventure, I present an outstanding collection of recipes. My experience includes world travel as a student of cuisine, operating a catering business and as a restaurant chef. Unlike cookbooks written by professionals, this book is a personal account of my culinary journey.
Following several years of influence by family members, friends and professionals, this book required the contribution of several people to complete. Compiling, testing and editing recipes, orchestrating photography and creating outstanding artwork involved the efforts from many on my team.
